How Do I access my eBooks?

BookLingual eBooks can be accessed from any device by accessing your account from booklingual.com by clicking the ACCOUNT tab. All books utilize HTML5 which will allow customers to access them from a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. In the student portal, each book includes read-aloud audio to give our students an incredible learning experience.

First, please review the “Parent’s Guide” included in your package, as it has a section outlining this process. Our instant downloadable books are in a .pdf format, which generally makes them easy to open on any device.

I cannot hear my read-aloud audio?

Some devices will require you to tap each page to hear the read-aloud audio. If on a tablet or smartphone, tap the screen after flipping each screen. If on a computer, left-click on the page with your mouse and you should immediately hear the real-aloud audio.

How do I get a refund?
