My CD is not working properly?

At times our manufacturer has a very small number of bad discs in a production. If your CD is not working correctly in your computer, here are a few things to try. First, after inserting the disc, go to My Computer, then double click on the DVD-R drive, this should open the disc. Another thing is to make sure the disc is completely inserted and pushed down into the DVD drive itself on your computer. Try the disc on a few other computers if possible. If it will not work, please contact us and we will send you a replacement immediately.
